Refund policy

  1.  Returns We accept returns of all unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase, with an exception of handcrafted, small-batch remedies (teas, tinctures, balms and soaks). These are non-refundable unless arrived damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@ancestorsdreamapothecary.com, and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund once we receive the product.
  2. Refunds Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
  5. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
  6. Exceptions We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of damaged products. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
