Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Regions: We ship to locations within the United States only, at this time. 
  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available for orders over a specified amount.
  3. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days or up to 7 business days for handmade products.

    Good medicine shouldn’t be rushed.
    To ensure every blend is as potent and fresh as possible, we handcraft our products in small, intentional batches.

  4. A Note on Our Process:
    Since we work with the seasons and the flow of the plants, we may occasionally be in the middle of brewing a fresh batch when you place your order. If your items require a little extra time to mature, we’ll reach out to you directly with an updated timeline.

  5. Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary by location. Domestic orders may take 3-7 business days.
  6. Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  7. Damaged Items: Report any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt for replacement or refund.
  8. Returns: Unopened products (with an exception of Handcrafted, small batches remedies, which are final sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and personal nature of our herbal medicines, all sales are final once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
