Botanicals:
Ashwagandha Root: Ashwagandha contains chemicals that calm the mind, reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and balance the immunity system.
Astragalus Root: Astragalus Root has compounds that enhance the immune system and increase the body’s production of white blood cells, which are the cell responsible for preventing illness. It also is beneficial to help improve tiredness in people with chronic fatigue syndrome by increasing energy and stamina.
Echinacea Root: Echinacea helps stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting drainage and elimination of toxins, which helps to fight and prevent potential infections.
Elderberry: Elderberry is a rich source of antioxidants called anthocyanins and vitamins A, B, and C which boost the immune system. Antioxidants reduce inflammation and work to rid the body of free radicals which damage cells. Elderberry also has antiviral properties which helps to prevent or reduce the severity of infections.
Eleuthero Root: Eleuthero helps increase energy, reduce fatigue, and boost athletic performance. It increases blood flow to the brain and improves cognitive function. Eleuthero is beneficial to the immune system and speeds up the healing of wounds and can prevent or even improve nerve damage.
Ginger Root: Ginger Root is rich in antioxidants which combat inflammation and boosts the immune system. Ginger Root also has powerful antiviral and antibacterial properties that enhance immunity response.
Olive Leaf: Olive Leaf has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and gastroprotective properties which supports healthy digestion. Antimicrobial properties in Olive Leaf support a strong immune system.
Reishi Mushroom: Reishi is considered the “king of mushrooms” and is prized for its adaptogenic properties. It is high in vitamin B-12, antioxidants, and the amino acid ergothioneine— all of which lowers the risk of depression. Reishi is a powerful immune system enhancer since it is full of beta glucans or complex sugars that stimulate the immune system to fight infection.
