Alfalfa Leaf: Alfalfa Leaf is a superfood due to its high vitamins, amino acids, and mineral content including magnesium, calcium, iron, sulfur, potassium, sodium, chlorine, phosphorus, silicon, and vitamins C, E, and K. Vitamin K in particular is important in helping the body to form blood clots, which decreases the risk of hemorrhage and reduces postpartum bleeding. Alfalfa Leaf is beneficial in reducing morning sickness and increasing breastmilk supply.
