Vitex

Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus), also called chasteberry, has been valued in women's herbalism since ancient times. It is traditionally used to support a regular menstrual cycle, ease occasional premenstrual discomfort, and support hormonal balance through fertility journeys and menopause. Vitex works slowly and is best taken consistently over several cycles.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with hormonal birth control or hormone therapy. Some people experience mild digestive upset. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
