Allergies Be Gone Tincture

For relief from seasonal allergies and can be applied to rashes to ease itching and hives  

Ingredients: nettle leaf and grain alcohol.

Stinging Nettles (Utica dioica) is anti-inflammatory and an antihistamine.  The tea infusion provides a wide variety of vitamins and nutrients that nourish the blood and kidneys . The tincture (alcohol extraction) is especially good for allergies but not for the nutritive effects of the plant as they are removed in the extraction process. 

Directions: 1-2 dropper fulls in water or tea twice per day. Best if started prior to allergy season. For rashes, itching and hives, dilute one dropper full in 1-2 ounces of water, soak up water in a cloth and apply directly to the area affected for 10 minutes. Repeat as necessary. Check with your doctor before use as Nettle can interfere with medications, when taken internally.
